Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms govern your use of YazQetero. They cover your account, acceptable use, billing, your content and your invitees' information, and the usual legal terms.
01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Stellar PLC (“we”, “us”) for the hosted YazQetero service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
02The Service
YazQetero lets you publish availability, share booking links, collect bookings, sync with Google Calendar, and optionally take payment for bookings. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The Service is also available as software you can run yourself under a separate license; these Terms govern the hosted Service we operate, not instances you or others self-host.
03Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@stellarplc.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
A workspace may have several members with different roles. The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and for the actions of their members.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or to send spam, malware, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Infringe others’ rights, or collect or use people’s information without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or bypass its security, or exceed rate limits.
- Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the hosted Service except as the law expressly permits.
05Your content and invitees
You keep all rights to the content you put into the Service — your event types, questions, branding, and booking data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you, such as storing and displaying your content and sending messages on your behalf.
When you collect information from invitees, you are responsible for that information: for having a lawful basis to collect it, for what you ask for, and for how you use it. You agree to handle it consistently with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
06Plans, billing, and payments
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) through Chapa’s hosted checkout. Prices are shown before you buy and may change; a change never alters what you were already charged for a term you have paid.
Because there is no stored payment instrument, each term is paid up front and does not renew automatically — continuing past a term requires a new payment. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If you enable paid bookings, payments from your invitees are likewise processed by Chapa and are subject to its terms.
07Cancellations and refunds
You can stop using a paid plan at any time; because terms are paid up front and do not auto-renew, stopping simply means you do not pay for a further term. Subscription refunds are handled case by case — contact support@stellarplc.com.
For paid bookings between an organizer and an invitee, the organizer sets the cancellation and refund policy shown at the time of booking, and is responsible for honoring it. Stellar PLC is not a party to that arrangement.
08Intellectual property
The YazQetero name, logo, and the hosted Service are owned by Stellar PLC and protected by law. The software is licensed, not sold; access to it grants no rights except those in its license. These Terms give you no right to our trademarks beyond fair reference to the Service.
09Third-party services
The Service works with third parties such as Google Calendar and Chapa. Your use of those is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, related features of the Service may change too.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling, reminders, or calendar sync will always be delivered on time. You are responsible for confirming important bookings.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar PLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or a nominal amount where no payment was made. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stellar PLC harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your handling of invitee information, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
13Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
14Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change the Service and update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change to the Terms we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ethiopia for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by law.
